性能特點 Characteristcs
1.本機（jī）飛（fēi）達采用後推式送（sòng）紙結構，整體動作全氣動電子控製，結構簡單合理（lǐ）。
2.上膠部采用全新（xīn）設計（jì）的銅刮刀，有效（xiào）的防止卷紙，保證機器正常（cháng）運行。
3.熱熔膠（jiāo）自動循環、攪拌（bàn）、上膠係統。(可選配膠水粘度計)
4.熱熔膠紙（zhǐ）帶(尼龍帶)自動輸送、分切裝置，一次性（xìng）完成紙板內盒四角貼角作業。
5.輸送帶下方設有真空吸（xī）風機控製過膠麵紙不會發（fā）生相對偏移（yí）。
6.過膠（jiāo）麵紙與紙板內盒采用光電伺服電機糾偏裝置（zhì），定位（wèi）貼合。
7.紙盒成型部可實（shí）現自動包邊（biān）、折耳及成（chéng）型折入的連貫性作業一次完成。
8.整機采（cǎi）用PLC控製，光（guāng）電跟蹤係統，觸摸屏（píng）人機界麵，實現紙盒一（yī）次性成型的自動化生產過程。

TB-XH-420-6自（zì）動紙盒成型機（jī）係統是用PLC控製（zhì）。利用光電監控各部位動作,運行中出現異常,能自動停機顯示原因,以便及（jí）時排除故障。
